What happens when I don’t use the entire value of my PNA gift card?
The balance will remain on the gift card until the value reaches zero, or until it reaches the expiry date, 36 months from the date of purchase.
Can I get a refund if I buy an item using a PNA gift card and return the item later?
Any goods purchased using a PNA gift card, that needs to be refunded, will be refunded on to a new PNA gift card in-store. If the value of the refund is below R50, the refund can be made in cash.
I don’t know if the recipient I wanted to send a virtual gift card, received the email with the gift card details. Who do I contact?
You will have received an email confirmation of the purchase and gift card sent successfully. If not, please contact giftcardsupport@pna.co.za
PIN needed to redeem.
Any balance enquiry or gift card redemption in-store will require your gift card 4-digit PIN. The PIN can be found printed on the back of the physical gift card, or in the case of a virtual gift card received via email, the PIN will be provided along with the gift card barcode in the email the recipient of the gift card receives.
